2011 Sea Base

The crew met at the Troop 111 'hut' at 03:00, caught the Troop 111 bus for the airport, checked in and ran into a soldier on his way back to Iowa.  Because of the Troop 111 support for Iowan Soldiers Mr. Fox and crew were readily recognizable by their patrol patch (see bottom picture).  Come to find out these patches were sent back from the Middle East to thank the Scouts for their continued shipments of care package to our Troops.

Crew 111 arrived home, June 6th in the dark.  Even though they were tired they were excited and planning the next trip to Sea Base. Maybe even next year!
